Can the estate be booked by the room?

No. Eladâr is a private property offered exclusively for rental in its entirety. You therefore enjoy the whole estate, its five suites and its living spaces, in complete privacy.

What is the minimum length of stay at Eladâr?

Eladâr is available to rent for a stay of 2 nights minimum. This length of stay allows you to make the most of the estate, its spaces and its privileged setting at the foot of the Atlas Mountains.

How many people can stay at Eladâr?

The estate has five suites spread between the main house and an annexe. Capacity depends on the bedding configuration and the make-up of your group. Our team will clarify the options when you make your enquiry.

How do I book a stay?

You can contact us directly via the form on the site, by email or by telephone. Let us know your dates, the number of guests and any special requests. We will send you our availability and a tailored proposal.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

Booking, deposit, payment and cancellation terms are communicated with your stay proposal, before any confirmation.

Where is Eladâr located?

Eladâr is located in the Marrakech region, at the foot of the Atlas Mountains, in a preserved natural setting. The estate allows you to enjoy the calm of the countryside while discovering Marrakech and its surroundings.

How do I get to the estate from Marrakech airport?

We can organise your transfer from Marrakech-Menara airport with a private driver, on request. Directions will also be sent to you before your arrival.

Is a car necessary?

A car can be handy for exploring the region freely, but it is not essential. Our concierge service can help you arrange transfers, travel and excursions.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in and check-out times are communicated when your booking is confirmed. For any special request, such as a late arrival or a delayed departure, please contact us in advance.

Is staff present during the stay?

Yes. A dedicated team ensures the smooth running of your stay, the upkeep of the estate and your daily comfort. Present when you need them, they also know how to preserve your peace and privacy.

Can we stay at Eladâr with children?

Eladâr welcomes family stays. The gardens, outdoor spaces and the estate’s farm offer many opportunities for discovery. A childcare service can also be organised on request.

Supervision of children, particularly near the pools and the animals, remains the responsibility of the adults accompanying them.

Are pets allowed at Eladâr?

No, pets are not allowed on the estate. We thank you for your understanding and invite you to make the necessary arrangements before your stay.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. Breakfast is included in your stay and prepared each morning by our team.

Can we have lunch and dinner at the estate?

Yes. Home cooking is available on request, with menus inspired by Moroccan traditions, seasonal produce and the wishes of our guests.

Lunch is offered at €25 per person and dinner from 35 € per person. Bespoke menus can be created, with pricing adjusted accordingly.

Can menus be adapted to special diets?

Yes. We take your dietary preferences and restrictions into account as far as possible. Please let us know before your arrival so that we can organise meals in the best conditions.

What additional services are offered?

Private transfers, driver, excursions, massages, childcare or special requests: our team can assist you in arranging bespoke services, subject to availability and the applicable conditions.

Are the pools heated?

Eladâr has two pools: a 20-metre outdoor infinity pool, opening onto the landscapes of the Atlas Mountains, and an indoor pool located in the pool house.

Both can be heated on request, for a supplement of €90 per day, to which are added €200 preheating fee. We invite you to let us know before your arrival so that we can arrange for them to be heated.

Is the hammam available during the stay?

Yes. The estate has a traditional beldi hammam, heated by wood fire. Using it requires advance preparation, to be arranged with our team.

Can massages or yoga sessions be booked?

Yes. Massages, treatments and yoga sessions can be arranged on request, with external practitioners, subject to their availability.

Can excursions be organised from Eladâr?

Yes. Hikes in the Atlas, horse rides, village discoveries, visits to Marrakech and meetings with artisans can be organised according to your wishes.

Can a private event be organised at the estate?

Eladâr can host certain private events, intimate celebrations, photo and film shoots and retreats, subject to prior review of the project.

Hosting and exclusive-use conditions are defined according to the nature of the event, the number of participants and the spaces required.
