Wandering with no destination

At Eladâr, there is no need to go far to enjoy nature. The paths that run through the estate and its surroundings invite you to discover the landscape differently, at walking pace.

Between the olive grove, orchard, kitchen garden and natural vegetation, walks offer another perspective on the property and the mountains that surround it.

You set off at sunrise, stop in the shade of a tree, watch the light shift across the hills. A simple way to take your time, enjoy the silence and rediscover the pleasure of walking with no plan.

Sometimes a few steps are all it takes to feel somewhere else entirely.

Meeting the makers

The Marrakech and Atlas region has a remarkably rich craft tradition. Pottery, weaving, woodwork, stonework and metalwork: skills handed down from generation to generation continue to shape everyday objects and materials.

We can organise workshop visits, meetings with artisans and explorations of local souks, to approach these crafts alongside those who keep them alive.

An opportunity to discover a more intimate Morocco, to understand the story behind an object and, sometimes, to bring home a piece chosen directly from the person who made it.
